Why haven't Kevin Smith and Ben Affleck talked in a long time?

Seems that way. According to Kevin, while filming Catch & Release Ben would visit and Kevin would joke and tease him since they are close friends. Jennifer didn't like Kevin's style of humor and let Ben know about it.

I tried to stay neutral in the other post I wrote about this, but I have always felt like Kevin made too much fun of Ben Affleck, like stepped over the friendly banter line. I think he loved being able to trash this successful A-list actor all the time, like it made him feel good, so he did it more than he should have.

Maybe on set he would do it even more, knowing he can get away with it, maybe he embarrassed Ben on a couple of occasions in front of other actors and directors, and it was enough. Coupled with Jennifer Garner not liking him and them having separate lives, I can totally see why they don't hang out anymore.

I would like to know what type of things Smith has said about Affleck making fun of him.

If that's true then Jennifer really is a bitch and Affleck is whipped. Which doesn't make sense because he could have anybody. Probably could steal Smith's wife if he wanted too. I'm sure he wouldn't considering she's not attractive at all. imo
