i swear to God he is one of the prison guards, the sadistic *beep* one. Either that, or i just found his doppleganger. It's not credited on imdb, and theres no talk on google. So i thought i would mention this here for some feedback. i'm not crazy right? first episode he's the one taking the picture, second episode he's the guard with the weapons and stuff giving the *beep* up presentation.
