Funny thing about her name.
As a kid in Canada, I read a book published in 1961 called "The Secret World of Og" where one of the children has an obsession with a comic book character called Lucy Lawless who could come up with great ideas to defeat any bad situation she was in. Later when the kids were in trouble, the child kept referring how great this Lucy Lawless was and what Lucy Lawless would do about their sticky situation.
Naturally, when I heard of Lucy Lawless the actress I thought for sure it couldn't be a coincidence, it really just is, I just find it amusing that someone has the actual name that an author though would suit a heroic female comic book character.
