Bill does not understand how congress works and other things
His constant complaining about how South Dakota has the same number of Senators as California but ignoring that California has 53 times as many members of the House as South Dakota does makes me usually stop listening for a bit.
Bill tends to change the subject once the conservative on the panel starts making a point, those "New Rules" can't wait. It is important to hear what the other side has to say.
