Look Alike on Young Riders?

I got DVDs of the early '90s TV show "The Young Riders" for Christmas and, in the first episode, noticed this actor who looks a lot like William. I checked IMDB and the character is not listed on the young riders page, so I thought I'd ask here. Could this actually be him?

Of course I realize that the episode was produced years before Sean's first IMDB listed role (Young Riders started 1989), but the resemblance is just so intense. So, I'm wondering, if it's not him, then who is it, and is he maybe related to Sean, considering the resemblance?

It's a noticeable likeness, but the dates don't add up. He would still have been in high school in MN at that time.

It's an actor Named David Anthony Marshall
