Gemma (Katey) became more attractive to me in season five

This is the only show that I have seen Katey Sagal act in. I just watched the entire series up to the end of season five. For some reason, Katey seemed softer, more attractive, and appealing to me, noticeably in season five; more than the other seasons. I caught myself wondering if she had had a cosmetic procedure done; something seemed a bit different. Does anyone know if she had work done, or what would explain her looking better to me? Maybe I just learned to better appreciate her "fine patina", and not bad a petunia either. I usually like the looks of younger women. I think that her character's appeal is getting through to me.

It could be her acting; her character at times, is vulnerable, threatened, injured, in love, manipulative, physically aggressive, cunning, strong, on and on -- what a deep part she has -- and what a great job she does with it. I find her more attractive, noticeable to me in season five, more attractive than when I first saw her in season 1.
