i was watching season 2 of SoA and in between episodes i see this scar appear, it wasn't there in season 1 but appeared halfway in season 2, anyone knows how she got it?..looks like a major heart operation.

Her character has had the scar the entire run of the show.

She even mentions it in the first episode, I believe. Gemma and Abel have the same condition.

"I don't want Fop! I'm a Dapper Dan man!"
