I wouldn't exactly call myself a fan but I don't mind her. She's alright.
Although, I do think her better days are waaaay behind her. She was really hot back in the day though.
I remember seeing her for the first time on Star Search when she was about 9 or 10. She could actually sing but her voice changed a lot when she got older and her peer, or maybe rival, Christina Aguilera was the more talented of the two but Brit sold more records.
Funny how that works in the music industry. The most talented ones are not always the most successful.
Does she really have "fans" still, in the true sense of the word? Or are the people following her at this point more like the rubberneckers who gawk at the wreckage and bleeding bodies as they pass accidents on the freeway?
Actually, considering Michael Jackson still has sincere fans, it would not surprise me that Britney Spears still does.
True, it's probably more of a curiosity about her rather than "fandom". Buy hey, at least she's not coming off as completely bonkers like Madonna is. Did you see her pics from the grammys last week or whenever it was? Good lord, what happened to her? haha...
However, Brit did have plenty of people picketing on her behalf during that court case regarding the conservatorship. So who knows? I suppose she has a few die hards.
Yeah, I became certain Madonna had gone totally insane when she released that harcore porn cartoon with a tree growing out of her vagina a few years ago.
