Dane Cook conspiracy?

I was suprised and extremely disappointed that Ike is not returning to MAD TV. Probably will not watch it anymore,(getting lamer every new season) but did Dane Cook have something to do with it? He is starring in Horton Hears a Who. MAD TV and Horton are both produced by FOX. Did Cook pull some joke stealing strings?

I seriously doubt it. MadTV has spoofed Fox shows many times in the past
