Irish father (Black-loch:black hair),don't know about her mother.

Actually it's Black Lake, Loch is Scottish for lake

I read that to,but we could both be mistaken.Loch as Lake sounds better.Scotish guy should know, i guess.

I also read about that a long time ago, and I think you're right. The last part of her last name is -lock which does mean hair. If her name meant 'black lake' then it would be spelled Blaloch with a -ch instead of -ck.

I imagine that since Jolene grew up around the San Diego area, that she has spanish influences on her upbringing too... that and the surfer culture
