When the world holds you at his feet

And so it goes, it enslaves you, makes you do every single thing you despise. Sometimes, it almost feels like you're in a... movie.
But this is life. This is our world. This is our utopia. Yes, we are happy. We are all together, in harmony. We respect each-other. We are true to ourselves. We are not what society makes of us, we make society what it is. Or do we not?

Ever wondered what part does Sci-Fi have in our lives, in the real world? It's intended to be a glimpse into what could be our future. It can and will change us. That's the power of creativity. We will become exactly what we imagine we can become. It's almost scary.

I apologize to everyone who reads the BS I write, but... who doesn't aspire to be something else? Who doesn't dream that one day, we WILL be different?

That is the part that scares me. We will never change. We never have. We never will. Perhaps we will glimpse the impossible, someday. We might have a vision of how to be. How to blend in with what's really important: life. But it will soon pass. Marginalized, banalized, thrown away, dismissed as pure stupidity.

What does it have to do with Jolene Blalock, you ask? Well, how many actors cause so many to wonder how much they have to improve? How much can we learn and change, towards a larger good? I know T'Pol does.

So here's my cheers. May you, Jolene Blalock, discover what inspiration you have been to us all. And may you embrace it and realise how important to the future that really is.
