6'1' - really?!

Agreed...I would have guessed no more than like 5'6"...unless all of the kids on Shameless are super tall

I just laughed aloud. Seriously. 6'1"?! BOLD FACE LIE. I'm watching War of the Worlds again for the umpteenth time and he is shorter than Tom Cruise by like an inch or two. Which would make him 5'6" or 5'5" But it's interesting that he doesn't seem so short on Shameless. And Emmy is 5'8"? Guess that's just the magic of Hollywood

I came here to ask the same thing. Watching Shameless, I always got the impression he was really small.

on the set pictures, he was taller that tom cruise. They try to make Cruise look taller ALL THE TIME. Bill Macy is 5'9 and Justin Chatwin is way taller than him. He looks smaller because his torso is small, but his legs are super long.

I came here because he looks child sized on Shameless but the internet says he's 6'1". I'm an inch taller than him in real life so I'm not really getting it.

He does not look 6'1" on screen that's for sure. I don't see why they'd waste movie magic making him look tiny if he's really tall in real life.

He's 5'10", someone need to tell IMDB for changing that information!

He looks 5'10 max next to Cruise in War of the Worlds which Im watching right now, maybe Cruise was in lifts. 6'1 is absurd tho...
