To actually win the popular vote, you need to get the majority of voters and Hillary had no where close to getting more than 50% of all the votes.

Hillary Clinton did win the Popular Vote by 2.9 million more votes.

It was a plurality, not a majority (the latter being the tradition measure for winning the "popular vote").

The popular vote is a moot point, only to pull America away from a Republic form of government to a 'total' Democratic form of government, i.e., mob rule... which isn't a good thing at all.
