Yes, she looks quite different in this film, especially in this moment http://i.imgur.com/AqzPTZT.jpg. But I guess that was made intentionally to make her look more creepy. And, even more, she's supposed to be, pretty much like Callum, an ambiguous character, who is deciding on which part she is, Templars or... So she is supposed to look a bit tired from all this vacillation, I think.
She looked the same visually in so many pictures that I'm happy to see her in a different visual portayal so it feels quite refreshing.
