I have seen some photos the the 2 of them and I find that they look very much alike. They are starring in a new film together and I wonder if they are playing sisters on the basis of their likeness.

No. In "Juste la fin du monde" / "It's Only the End of the World" Lea plays Vincent Cassel's sister. Marion plays Vincent's wife.

BTW, I don't see any facial resemblance between Marion and Lea.

I think they have both very much the same shape of face and they both have very full lips
