Is it possible(or should they) film new episodes of 'Get A Life'?

Hello,
I am also a longtime fan of Chris Elliot and enjoyed "Get A Life" quite a bit during it's first run and I also purchased quite a few episodes when they were first offered on VHS. So here is the reason for this post.........

The last new episode of Get A Life filmed roughly 13 years ago. I feel as well as a few others that this show was a bit ahead of it's time and I reasonably believe that this show would probably have a longer and more successful run now than back in the early nineties when it fist hit the air. I have even heard that this show at one point had a bigger ratings share than "Seinfield"!
My question...should this show be brought back with Chris Elliot as the star again? Chris is still quite young enough to do this if he were still interested. I'm not so sure about some of the other cast, but it seems to me that this is something that is not too wacky an idea. Should they consider doing this again or do you feel they should leave it alone? I wonder if Chris Elliot would even consider doing this again? Perhaps even a one time movie based on the show? I would like to hear what some of the rest of you think?

Maybe as a movie, that would be cool as a one off, anything with the Chris Elliott
stamp on it has to be good. I think the window of opportunity has passed for the TV show.
They could call it Get A Life 2000(alot of the episode names ended in 2000) and have him saving the world or something, but in an intentionally lame fashion just like Cabin Boy.

For some unknown reason "Get a Life" is a cult series in Spain (here titled "Búscate la vida", Google a bit). I think that before asking for new episodes we would have to claim that the old ones aren't properly released on DVD. I remember there're two DVD with a small selection of episodes, but that's clearly not enough.

The home recorded videotapes won't last long, and unofficial digital transfers on DivX are too poor to serve as a legacy of this masterpiece of surreal humor.

I don't know if it should be done, but I would watch it if it was. I don't know how many other people would though.

He is so awesome in Get a Life. Eagleheart is finished now and I really hope we will get to see him star in a quality comedy in the future.
