He is not only a manager but also a creative
There are some people (mostly MCU fanboys) who says that he is only a manager and not a creative,and that the writers and the directors of MCU movies are indipendent... its a great bull***t! He decides every aspect of every MCU product,so yes he is a manager and also a creative! These people wants to classify Feige as a manager only to justify the fact that Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau are not (yet) put by Disney on the role of bosses of Lucasfilm. They say "they are creative not managers!". Well,Filoni and Favreau as bosses of Lucasfilm can and must be both managers and creative! So they can do it.
