Would have made a good Punisher

I've seen a few of his movies, and am currently working my way through his series Kingdom.

Jon Bernthal is excellent in the role, but if Grillo were ten to fifteen years younger he would have made an excellent Punisher. He specializes in crime dramas, using his physical presence and rough personality to great effect.

I watched Boss Level last night which features a lot of Punisher-style action sequences. It was almost like he was auditioning for the role.

If you watched this movie and Kingdom, you'd see that he's in damn good shape for a guy his age. He could probably pull off the Punisher even now but if Marvel is looking for someone for the long run, they are probably better to stick with Bernthal.
