Why? Trainspotting was a great film that absolutely doesn't need a sequel. It can only disappoint.

Aww, give it a chance Mr.Bob! :-) "It can only disappoint." You never know, it might be brilliant. I mean, the book sequel to 'Trainspotting' is great, 'Porno'. So if it's based on that book, and Danny Boyle (who I think is one of the best directors working at the moment) does as good a job as he did with the first one - that sounds like a recipe for a good movie.
Well, I certainly hope so anyway - cause I know what you mean Bob.... if it is a pile of *beep* it will not just be a crap film, but a massive disappointment as well. In other words, it NEEDS to be great, otherwise then yes, you would be right - it should've been left well alone...!
