Do you think Shirley Henderson has the UK equivalent of Kristin Chenoweth's voice?
I think she'd be an amazing Galinda in the UK version of 'Wicked', or maybe as Nessarose.
I never thought of that but yeh !! i think she might be bit old for Glinda, but we never know.

Kristin Chenoweth is a natural brunette. I think if you gave Shirley a blonde wig and the pink dress etc she'd look the part I think, plus she's an actress so I think she could do well.
And as for her being too old... I dunno, Kristin is like 38, and Shirley is only 3 years older than her, yet only 4 years ago when she was 37, she played a 14 year old in Harry Potter... so I dont think she's too old :P
Love Shirley, and sure she has the voice and all, but uh...can she sing? This is a musical guys loll. Glinda is required for some major singing, including full out opera!
