Because, there is no reason to change Johnny Storm's race.

What does race have to do with Johnny Storm? It's not set in stone. As long as him and Sue are brother and sister, blood or adopted, it ok!

Wait, what? Ummmm....Johnny Storm has always been white....That's like saying it's ok for Blade to not be black...Doesn't make any sense...they's how they were created...
