The last I heard of him was in 2017, when he was busy writing a sequel to the classic film Lorenzo's Oil.

Ugh...you just reminded me of what a great film Lorenzo's Oil is (I'm talking about the original starring Susan and Nick). Definitely going to neglect my family a bit and watch my copy tonight before bed.
