The Real Stan Lee ?

Been reading up on him today, and I've read/known for a while there was something sketchy about him.

This sheds more light

I read somewhere J. Jonah Jameson was based on Stan Lee. Aggressive, brash, unapologetic.

I don't hate Stan Lee. I just like it that we can learn more about a person from other people, than from the person in their own words. Always two sides to a story as they say. We cannot possibly know what went on in the Marvel offices in the 60's. That said, Stan Lee was important, because even if he was the face of Marvel (since the MCU) that was important enough for the Marvel comics and movies to get the exposure it needed.

reply

Stan had been the face of Marvel long before the MCU..

reply

I know, but I'm mainly referring to the movie audience. Many people got interested in comics, because of the movies.

reply

The problem is most people only associate Marvel with Stan. They think Marvel is just or mostly Stan. A lot of creators don't get proper recognition like Bill Everett who was one Marvel's pioneers who created Namor and helped co create Daredevil.

I don't hate Stan i know what's up

reply

No. There are always THREE sides to every story: my side, your side, and THE TRUTH.

Marvel did not create The Comic Book. Stan Leboeitcz created The Comic Bullshit.
