Judith as 'Arlene Black' in 'Ira + Abby.'

Yesterday, my friend and I had the pleasure of seeing Judith's new film, Ira and Abby at the historical Colony Theatre in downtown Miami Beach. Seeing Ms Light on the big screen was a thrill for both of us, and her name immediately followed those of the two main characters, which was a big cue to both my friend and me that Judith had a rather large role--and she did, appearing in almost every scene as Ira's sarcastic psychologist/ 'analyst' mother, Arlene, who loosens up after embarking on an affair and a change of career. She is, undoubtedly, "the Bliss Lady" or at least that's what her equally sarcastic, yet patient alcoholic husband, Sy, {played by Robert Klein}and her flighty lover call her. I'll leave you with that... Ira & Abby is currently playing at various film festivals nationwide.

Judith Light as Arlene Black in Ira and Abby is so hilarious. Her repertoires with her husband in the movie were so funny. The scene in the cab was the best and the scene in the end where everyone went to therapy and everyone ended up blaming her for the problems that occurred in their lives.

It's fun. Hope everyone would watch it.
