It is Killian but he writes it with a C. It is not pronounced Sillian.

For many years I thought the "C" in Cillian's name was an "S" sound. It wasn't until about a year and a half ago that I realized it was a "K" sound.

It's an Irish name and there's no k in the Irish alphabet, so c is used instead.
