Seems very strange that this woman would have a psychology degree and then fall for this cult where if you read about their leader Keith Reniere he was a liar and criminal on a par with our President, and even got the same godlike devotion from his members. Major creepiness ... so why did so many young actresses fall for this?

shareI just watched the series "The Vow" which is about this cult and how people got hooked into it. It is hard to follow and not very good, but it does get around to mentioning some of the problems. The biggest problem was the guy at the head, Keith Raniere, who asked people to call him Vanguard. He had a major history of crimes behind him and ugly situations, and the story he was giving people like something out of North Korea's myths about Kim John Un. Very disgusting and unbelievable what people thought they were doing there.
