He's wrong for the part of Bond - he dosn't have the dangerous-but-sexy look or the smooth demeanour that the role requires. He also doesn't exude enough menace for the role of chief villain.
I can definitely see as an ally of Bond's or a villain's sidekick, somebody like Boris Grishenko. For a villain just dye his hair and give him a beard like he had in the World's End.
