I love her as Alex in Orange is the New Black. Very surprised to see on Buzzfeed that she is reportedly exiting the show and will only have very limited role in season 2 to wrap her character? Why would she leave? Does she have lots of other work in progress or something?

she hasn't been "relevant" since that 70's show, and that ended how long ago? like 7 years? now she gets on a hit show and suddenly quits? something sounds fishy.... money conflicts, something with the producers or director, i dunno but this is not the whole story....
It's mercy, compassion and forgiveness I lack. Not rationality...
Hopefully if its just money problems they can resolve it and put all this stuff to rest.
shareI haven't read the book yet, but I've heard that the real Alex was in prison with her for only a short time. I'm going to guess she gets out early, or she's transferred to a different facility.

Shame but not surprising since she joined a certain "Hollywod cult" who makes a lot of decisions for their members.
shareWhen they renewed Orange is the new black for a 3rd season, they said she's going to be back to a season/series regular ;) ... Only have to deal with a little less of her for the Season 2 .. but she'll be back in all episodes on Season 3!
