He's a fan of Liverpool so you can still call him that but yeah he is from Australia (although he was born in England) still Aussie he spent most of his life there, he kinda lost his accent though, I guess from being so much in the US and 'speaking American'

He was originally from Wallasey on the Wirral, which is across the River Mersey from Liverpool. So while still from Merseyside, he's not from Liverpool and therefore not a Scouser.
