According to a source close to him, he's in worse shape than what was told to the public. 2 surgeries so far and more in the coming weeks. They had to literally reconstruct his chest after it collapsed. Now his legs need fixing as well. Think it's safe to say he won't acting anytime soon.

He's lucky to be alive. Likely wouldn't be if he weren't as famous and rich as he is. The few photos and videos that have come out post accident, he looks like he's barely hanging on to life.

Well he's home now. He tweeted on the 16th that he was home watching his show with his family. He's very lucky.
