Why this guy call himself a comedian?

"The official podcast of comedian Joe Rogan." that's in the description of his show in Spotify and I almost fall off laughing at this

The only funny joke this guy have said is calling himself a comedian, I like his podcast obviously there is where his talent is and that is why he's going to be remembered, for his ability as an interviewer I doubt anyone would remember him for his "comedy" the only thing I remember from his show is the strong feeling of second hand embarrassment, his jokes and delivered are so amateur, but he still talks about his "comedy" like he is Carlin or Chapelle.

His comedy is cringy ASF, how can someone be so unaware of his own lack of talent?
