No offense to The Office (great shpw) but I mean she just got an oscar nomination. She must be getting lots of movie role offers.

tv was where she made her name and got her movie roles. she was great in the best show ever, 'The Wire'
shareI would have a hard time deciding between "The Wire" or "Curb Your Enthusiasm" or "My So-Called Life" or "Mad Men" or a handful of other shows, but yes, there's some TV that is as good as film and maybe better than some. I disliked her based on Gone Baby Gone, which I thought was one of the most preposterous, disgusting movies I've seen in years. Had it not been for "The Office" and "The Wire" I might have missed out on what an unassuming, direct actress she is.
