Does he actually smoke in real life?
Usually in film or TV it's easy to tell when people don't really smoke in real life (i.e. MM in True Detective). But Bill looks like he actually smokes in real life too (I grew up around a lot of smokers).
It's just a bit surprising if he does though, because I can't picture the rest of his family smoking.
