30 Months probation.

Got 30 months probation, 150,000 fine,150 days in jail. Quite an outburst at the end.

You forgot a death sentence for his career.

reply

Yeah, I just don't understand how he doubled down there at the end. It's so bizarre. If he had just said "I f'ed up and am sorry", it would have turned out so much better for him. He may have been able to salvage something of a career.

reply

He wants to be a martyr.

reply

He's beyond doubling down. He just switched issues. From hate crime victim to wrongfully convicted. I feel sorry for his family and friends.

reply

The guy may have some serious psychological problems or a real arrogant self righteous attitude. Or both.

reply

The evidence against him was already overwhelming when he went to trial. He should have quietly taken a plea agreement. He then doubled down when he foolishly chose to testify at his trial. His attorneys were idiots to let him do that, since he was then cross examined. The sentencing judge called it perjury. He could get prosecuted for that too, if he wants to keep yapping.

I just wonder how much of the 150 day jail sentence he actually serves. He likely will get out early on good behavior (after 75 days or less.)

Since Chicago doesn't actually arrest anyone or prosecute them for shootings or murder, they probably won't need his jail cell for someone else.

reply

It's just so bizarre man! I can't wrap my head around his thinking. Screaming at the end "I am Innocent!", it's like ,no your not dude, the evidence is overwhelming and irrefutable. It's crazy.

reply

I think it was Jussie's way of saying "it's your fault that I committed this illegal act".

In his mind, he's innocent because of what happened 400 years ago. Lol...

This guy is a nutjob.

reply

Which is exactly what the true punishment is

reply

juicy messed up. ehh, oh well.

reply

Justice for Juicy!

reply

Jail justice for Juicy lol

reply

That judge was way too soft on him. There is no good side to Jussie, he only cares about himself.

reply

County lockup for 150 days (if he doesn't get out early for good behavior). Whoopee. A minimum 3-years in prison is what his slanderous crime deserved, and I'm being lenient.

Still, it's better than nothing in light of the fact that LIEberals wanted to give him an award, a statue and a National Holiday.

reply

I honestly thought he would just get probation. Especially after the judge ripped him like that. That judge laid into him for a good 10 minutes. I was impressed.
