If appointed, Barr may "write the Mueller report himself"

Oh, God...

Donald might just get away with everything. No wonder he wanted this guy appointed.

So much for Mueller being our out. Donald is going to get his buddy to sweep it all under the rug and write up a piece of fiction. We're screwed.

Barr seems like a level headed guy compared to all the other Trump cons. It's not necessarily a bad thing for the investigation. He could be savvy enough to warp the report in a way that saves Trump and somehow dodges criticism from democrats. But he could also end up not wanting to smear his own name to defend Trump on something that is indefensible.
