I already have a short barreled rifle, its a .350 Legend. You don't need anything shorter as the ballistics would be off.
I am for common sense laws. But then again laws don't apply to criminals or those who want to do harm. Guns don't kill, people do.
If they are capable of bump fire then they should be banned. There is no need for a civilian to have a automatic weapon.

What kind of rifle do you own? Is it actually a short barreled rifle with a barrel under 16 inches or an overall length less than 26 inches? If it is longer, then it is legally not an SBR.

Almost every center-fire pistol or rifle is capable of bump firing, even without a bump stock. Every AR-15 in 5.56, M-1 Garands, M-1A's ect can bump fire. This includes pistols like a 1911 in 45 ACP and Glocks in 9mm. All of them are capable of bump fire. Look on YouTube for videos.
Only anti-gun freaks say civilians should not own a machine gun. This is anti-gun Democrat talk.

Its a Savage .350 Legend, it has an 18 inch bull barrel. Which is good for walking in the woods deer hunting.
I have a 26 inch muzzleloader and you hit every branch in the woods, it gets annoying.
Yeah you can put you finger on the trigger and your thumb through your belt loop and simulate an auto.
Biden and the other 45 Ex Presidents wont let me have a fully functional A-10 so therefore they are all gun grabbers. I am disappointed in Washington for not letting me have one.
I also want a SeaWhiz for squirrels.

A bump stock is legally a machine gun whether it is attached to the frame or not.
