shareI'm pretty sure the OP is talking about the share trading. And not the location of chip production. (Why would the the govt subsidise a US firm that is not manufacturing in the US? Unless it was necessary to lower chip prices in order to stimulate trade in other electronics manufacturing that uses them in the US)

Since Nvidia is the biggest chip designer, TSMC the biggest manufacturer, and its production gonna move to USA, I'd bet Nvidia not gonna be fabless for eternity (with help of TSMC of course). Pelosi is going with the flow(he knows for SURE US govt is going to invest massively in semiconductor manufacture) and buying stock in the future leader of semiconductors - Nvidia. If you asked me, I'd wager TSMC not gonna be around in 10-15 years.
