I don't know him personally, but he come across as a tad arrogant in interviews I have seen. As if he has to push his "I'm a serious Actor" line in almost every interview, and then he's kind of haughty and fake.

I absolutely loved the Lincoln / vampire movie and went to a screening of In the Heart of the Sea. Ben , Chris Hemsworth and another lead actor did a in person interview right after and I was VERY disappointed in Ben Walter's behavior .., he talked over people and acted like a spoiled teenager trying to get attention. He didn't have to work that hard cuz I was there to see him!!' I was turned off!!! To bad great actor
