Weatherly is undergoing non-mandatory "leadership coaching" following the revelation last December that CBS paid Eliza Dushku $9.5 million to settle her sexual harassment allegations against the Bull star. Bull showrunner Glenn Gordon Caron is undergoing "leadership training," too, CBS Entertainment president Kelly Kahl said at the TV press tour. "It is implied in the name that is how to be a leader on the set, it’s how to be a positive example for everyone," Kahl said, adding: "None of us are too old and too smart to learn to do something better. He is taking his responsibility as the head of a show to make the set a positive place to work. Kahl also pointed out that he recently visited the Bull set and found that "they are all in a good place." Kahl added called the Dushku scandal an "isolated incident" on the Bull set and that there have been no other complaints against Weatherly. Kahl also pointed to Bull's popularity for his decision to stick with the show despite Weatherly's scandal. “It’s a very popular show," he said. "More than 10 million people watch every week. Michael is loved by our audience, and even after these allegations came out, people continued to watch. It’s a popular show we want to keep on our air, and it’s a very good show as well.”
