What was the first thing you saw her in?
Like most( I'm assuming) Independence Day, although a small role with limited dialogue, she was pretty cute and I liked how subtle she was after she found out her mother died and hugged Bill Pullman. Saw her a couple years later on Hope Floats around the bit where she argues with her deadbeat dad about not taking her with him, was very impressed. Its funny though, I used to watch Johnny Bravo a lot as a kid and I never would've suspected it was her voicing Lil' Suzy. I did more research into her and looked into her other work once Avatar: The Last Airbender aired on Nickelodeon and it got instant popularity.
Very good actress, beautiful too, highly underrated. Even with a mediocre script she still makes it watchable. Very versatile too. Hope for the best with her in the coming years.
Her role on Law & Order as the teen who had a double life as a street kid who hooked up with a much older dude with a family was impressive to, especially for a 19 year old at the time. Speaking of which, can't believe she's 22 going onto 23, place her in my old high school I doubt anybody would tell the age difference.
