Westworld (Spolier)

When that big reveal happened.. Don't you think his acting suddenly made a lot more sense. Looking back, it's like, we the audience can now see what he is in the way he acts. Just the merest hint of emotional content, but mainly distant and all of his responses seem constructed and scripted in a way, slightly artificial. It's absolutely flawless excellence. One of the best portrayals of AI androids since Brent Spiner in ST:TNG - which I believe is one of the best casting choices in history, I can't see anybody else doing it.

Oh, and another thing, I just wanted to say about Jeffrey Wright that he has a truly awesome voice. It's really deep and velvety!

I'd say he blows away Brent Spiner. With his white skin and complete lack of emotional understanding, Data was the android character made to make people feel unthreatened. Some of the limitations on his AI were positively idiotic (He can't use contractions???)

Bernard is much better. Also - I'm rewatching all the episodes and it's clear to me that many of the interview scenes with Dolores were JW as Arnold, not Bernard. Arnold is very close to, but not identical to Bernard.
