Unnatural looking teeth
Watching Ip Man, every time Donnie does a slight smile, you can see they are some of the most unnatural looking teeth I've ever seen.

He's always had very straight teeth. If you look at Drunken Tai Chi Master from 1985, they were exactly the same. Maybe he had a good set of braces.

Sometime after filming Drunken Tai Chi and Tiger Cage, Donnie had cosmetic surgery to give him folded eyelids and to straighten his teeth. The changes are very apparent in subsequent films.
