Probably, though some idiot on another board predicted that he would win the Masters because he's Tiger-Fucking-Woods. I just laughed at him.

He has a lifetime exemption for the master's because he is a former champion, but for the most part, I think his career on the PGA tour is over. I expect we will see him on the senior's tour in five years though. I think his legs will recover enough to allow him to play, but I think it will all depend on how well his back holds up. He's had multiple surgeries on his back.
