In his Bio/Trivia section it states he's a staunch conservative Republican...yet...he's on a show like Shameless. Not a criticism...I just find it odd how his character is contradictory to his real personality. And every ultra Republican I've ever met is also an ultra Christian and portraying such a character would goes against their beliefs. Take for instance the kid from Two and a Half Men.
Either way, a good actor love him on Shameless.

I'm a staunch republican and love shameless. I am a Christian, while I also don't attend church. Just shows that some stereotypes are still alive and well and accepted. Oh, and my BFF is a gay man that I support completely.
