The amount of hate this girl gets from adults is hilarious.

She gets them so mad just because she tells people what to do to help the environment. You can disagree with it, but some of you guys have pictures of her on your dart board.

reply

It's much easier for them to simply hate a teenage girl than to acknowledge that climate change is real and frightening. It's called shooting the messenger.

reply

I can understand someone who doesn't believe in climate change wanting to criticize her views, but the haters make it some weird obsession.

reply

Climate change is real. It's been going on for 4.6 billion years. Now is no different. Anthropogenic climate change is a hoax, and the idea that we can fix it with taxation and economy destroying regulations is a scam.

reply

Yep..

reply

Bingo!

reply

Tru fckin that

reply

true dat bro beans...

reply

I don't agree with you, but your point highlights what I don't like about Greta Thunberg. She's quick to blame world leaders for the state of the environment, but she has no idea how difficult it is to unite a large group of people (never mind the entire world) around any cause or idea. It's one thing to advocate for change, I respect that. It's another thing entirely to blame everyone around you. I think she should run for political office and then maybe she'll learn how difficult it really is to affect behavior on a global, national, or even local scale.

reply

A girl with zero credibility becomes a world famous climate activist just because she loves puppies, teddy bears and Mother Earth. Further proving that climate activism is based way more on emotion than fact.

Haters despise people who don't earn or deserve their fame. She rode a wave. See: Kardashians, Paris Hilton.

reply

I don't think you can compare a Kardashian/Hilton with a Thunberg. Thunberg made a name for herself through activism. The others were born into a rich family who are known for sex tapes.

reply

They are similar in that they didn't earn, and don't deserve, such fame. They somehow become popular by luck and money. Greta's money poured in through political ties to the climate movement, which has it's basis in anti-capitolism and socialism.

reply

But Kardashian and Hilton do it to further their own brand. You don't have to agree with Greta, but at least she's doing it for what she believes is for the good of the Earth.

reply

No, Joe, she made a name for herself by throwing an orchestrated, scripted hissy fit on television. The Public loves that sort of thing. Her handlers knew it and used it. And she enthusiastically went along with it.

reply

Thiiiiiiiiiis^

reply

I don't hate her, but I recognize that she is an uneducated child with mental problems who is worshiped as the messiah of the Climate Cult. Her entire celebrity, and the fact that adults sit and listen to her rant, is absurd.

reply

she is an uneducated child with mental problems who is worshiped as the messiah of the Climate Cult.

she is an uneducated child with mental problems

THAT IS NOT SOMETHING TO BE USED AGAINST OR MENTIONED ABOUT HER.

who is worshiped as the messiah of the Climate Cult.

AND THAT ISN'T HER FAULT.

reply

It should be mentioned about her because it's true. It's the truth, a fact. It's perfectly legitimate to mention a person's mental deficiencies when those deficiencies are evident in what they say and do. It's just common sense.

And if it's not her fault, whose fault is it? She or her handlers deliberately and calculatedly set her up as a Messiah, and she embraced the role.

reply

YOU SOUND LIKE A REAL ASS.🙂

reply

I gave you a reasonable and polite reply. You call me names.

Who's the ass?

reply

YOU ARE...REASONABLE AND POLITE YOUR RESPONSE WAS NOT.

reply

Talking like Yoda won't make you less of an ass, you know.

reply

PRETENDING TO BE REASONABLE WON'T MAKE YOU ANY LESS OF AN INTOLERANT ASS,YOU KNOW?

reply

"Pretending to be reasonable"??

You know, I often wonder what you're pretending to be Kowalski.

You're intolerant; I know that much.

And now I'm learning that you're not all that bright.

reply

BECAUSE I DON'T ABIDE A YOUNG GIRL BEING INSULTED BY YOU?...FINE WITH ME....THINK ANYTHING YOU LIKE,CHONGO...I THINK YOU'RE SHIT.

reply

No, because your reading comprehension is poor.

"It should be mentioned about her because it's true. It's the truth, a fact. It's perfectly legitimate to mention a person's mental deficiencies when those deficiencies are evident in what they say and do. It's just common sense.

Spot the "insult". If you spot one, tell me how and why you identified it as an "insult".

reply

YOU KNOW YOU'RE AN ASSHOLE...I KNOW YOU'RE AN ASSHOLE...THAT'LL DO,PIG.

reply

Hahaha!

Or should I say, HAHAHA! Capitals make all the difference to one's content, don't they.

reply

SEE?...NOW WE'RE BEST FRIENDS...SO,WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE MOVIE?

reply

Any movie about pig's assholes, apparently.

reply

THAT IS A VERY NICHE GENRE...CAN'T SAY AS I HAVE SEEN ANY FILMS LIKE THAT.

reply

Not a reasonable retort.

reply

🍄

reply

🌶️

reply

I look at her like she's the face for young people trying to teach them about climate change. Nothing more. I see people making fun of her Asperger's.

reply

She is not uneducated,
she's extremely intelligent. Autism is not a "mental problem."

Her simple and effortless retorts are awesome. She slays her detractors every time.

reply

WELL SAID.

reply

She and the horse she fucking rode in on can just fuck off and die.

reply

EVERYBODY ALREADY KNOWS YOU'RE A SCUMBAG...STOP TRYING SO HARD,SWEETCHEEKS.

reply

Too far.

reply

No it ain't.

reply

You pretty much wanted her to die.

reply

Fuck yeah, and!!!!

reply

Nah, we need people like her. I think she's a bit of a pretentious brat. And I certainly don't agree with most of the climate change Cassandras' ideas.

But she does represent an important opinion bloc of her age group. It's a philosophy which must be addressed.

Also, she's lovable in a way with the "How dare you!" She's almost iconic.

reply

I quote "how dare you" all the time. I love it.

reply

Its bad taste hating her!

reply

I agree. It's weird.

reply

She is a child. Many most be projecting some of the misery in their own life.
