Sometime in the future.

It's a beautiful, sunny day. Birds are singing and children are playing in a park under the blue sky. A large, rundown mansion sits on the edge of the park. We hear faint screaming coming from an upstairs window.

As we get closer, we hear the words" "YEW HEV STEWLEN MY CHILDHOOD!" repeated over and over in a screeching, agonized voice.

Inside the room, we see a wizened, aged Greta Thunberg, pale-skinned, emaciated and greasy haired, surrounded by mouldering piles of Leftist propaganda materials.

She tears her hair and gnashes her teeth as she shrieks out her wrathful warnings and castigations to the world.

YES!!

I'm 50, when I was about 9 we started getting hit with the Ozone layer depleting, it was a real big thing and it was due to CFC's in spray cans. We also had the threat of nuclear war as USA vs USSR was still a thing and AIDS which although just being kids we were also terrified of.

By rights we should already be burned to a crisp due to the Ozone layer although, I note that we don't hear about that anymore. They later changed it to Global Warming except they noticed it wasn't warming by all that much so they went to Climate Change, nice and vague and can be used as per the situation at the moment.

So in short, I agree with your prediction of the future and that is only if the next generations allow her to keep her ruined mansion!

"HOW DARE YEW!"
