I know that she hasn't looked up to par the past few years, but this just takes the cake.
Seriously, what is wrong with this woman that she lost that spark in a few short years? Smoking and sun damage works this fast?

I think she looks good however the eye make up is a bit much.

Her skin looks fine...her make up is very heavy yes but at least it's a different kind of look for her.

The dress fits her like a glove.

I don't think she looks that bad, if she toned down on the makeup she'd probably look better.
