Yeah me too, I dropped off after season 2.

Laverne is cool though, I've seen her interviewed a few times and she's charming, well-spoken and down to earth. It sucks to me that her achievements are ignored in favour of a dick joke, but that's the word these days. Trans is most certainly the new black.

Timmy-hardcore-since-74, what up, man! Yeah, I really like Laverne Cox, she’s cool and in some way, this probably sounds corny, but she’s helped shape the way I feel about the trans community, she seems like a cool person from interviews I’ve seen..I watched about 2 or 3 seasons of OITNB, it was good until it wasn’t...I even loved the bit she did on Curb with Larry David, that shyt was funny, she was excellent!

Oh, KOWALSKI, great ep man....I know season 10 gets a lotta shyt, but it’s the TENTH damn season, the bar is set real high...i thought the first 3, maybe 4 eps were great...s10, ep 3, ‘Artificial Fruit’...my goodness, I loved it!...i think I’ll watch it again...Laverne Cox was great, such a pro and a good sport...check it out if you get the chance, I know Curb is your show, you’ll like it...Get some!

Mate, that doesn't sound corny to me at all, in fact I think it's a sign of a decent, mature person to judge others on their strength of character rather than writing them off because of their gender identity. I bet Laverne would be proud to hear she's helping to improve the wider public perception of the trans community.
