...that he has kind of a Brendan Frasier quality to him? I don't mean that in a negative way as I enjoy Brendan Frasier. I have only seen Charlie in Stardust so far, and I thoroughly enjoyed it...I was actually surprised by it. I could see him doing Brendan Frasier roles quite easily though and would love to see him paired up with him some time.

I completely agree!!!!!!!!!!!!! Charlie seems to resemble quite a few other actors, just look at the amount of threads on this board which are called 'he looks like....'. But with the whole Brendan Frasier thing it's his qualities and mannerisms rather than straight-out looks.
