Chung doesn't sound like a Korean name, I've met Chinese folks with that name. Am I wrong? Somebody tell me.

Chung is definitely a Korean name. It's the 4th common name in Korea.
Actually, I live in an area with a heavy Asian population and I've never met any Chinese people with that name. I've met a lot of Chengs and Changs, however.
